Privacy Policy
We never collect Schoology passwords or account details, we don't use tracking cookies, and we keep only what's needed to run the site and reply to email.
Effective date: October 28, 2026
The short version
- We never ask for or collect Schoology passwords, usernames, student IDs or access codes. There is no login form on this site.
- We don't use advertising, analytics trackers or tracking cookies.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
Information we collect
Server logs. Like almost every website, our web host automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Cookies. This site does not set cookies. The official Schoology site and school sites you visit from our links have their own policies.
How we use information
We use server logs to operate and protect the site, and emails to reply to you and fix the pages you tell us about. We don't sell, rent or share personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Children's privacy
Many readers are students. This site is informational and does not ask anyone, including children under 13, to submit personal information. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before emailing us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our guides link to the official Schoology sign-in page, PowerSchool and school district websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Always sign in only on the official site or your school's site.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and keep a record of corrections. You can ask us to delete your messages by emailing contact@schoologylogin.com.
Changes to this policy
If we add any feature that changes what we collect, such as analytics or advertising, we will update this policy before it goes live and change the effective date above.
